After purchasing a new chainsaw from All Season's the first day of using it we had an issue and had to take it into Jacob in the service department. Jacob was able to trouble shoot the problem and went to bat for us to us a full replacement. We can't recommend All Season's enough and appreciate them being a reliable community asset. I bought a Stihl battery powered mower about a month ago from these guys. Great mower. Easy operation. Easy storage. Cuts and bags great. Couldn't be happier. I have a decent size lot with a front and a back that needs mowed. I can mow twice on the same charge with some to spare.

These folks are awesome. We needed a small power saw to clean up the ice storm damage and looked all over town but everywhere was sold out. We bought one here, initially told it would ship and we would have it for the weekend to clean up. Got a call later that it wouldn't ship due to weather but we could rent one. Not happy but understood. Got another call this morning that the owner drove up to Portland and picked up all the ordered power saws and that we could come by the store and get it after all. Incredible store! Clean, organized, and very well stocked. The staff at All Seasons is very knowledgable, friendly, and always willing to take the extra time to answer questions. The service department is top notch, and really know how to keep your Stihl Saw running like new. I purchased a brand new Stihl 026 saw from All Seasons, almost 18 years ago, and with the guidance of the sales staff and the skill of the shop, that saw was running strong up till 6 months ago, when it was stolen from my van! I live in the country with a small community of people. There are 3 wood stoves on the land, and we heat entirely with wood. Having wood in the shed means a warm winter, and the ability of friends and family to come together, share experiences, and persevere thru our long, wet, cold Oregon winters. I feel good knowing I have All Seasons in my corner to keep my saw cutting, and my family warm.

I bought a new lawn mower a couple weeks ago. This was by far the best purchase I've made. The customer service was excellent. I just purchased my 4th Stihl chainsaw from All Seasons. As usual, the service was professional and the staff was knowledgeable. It is unfortunate that some folks had bad experiences with the prior management. Today, I left confident that John and Ron are going to personally back both their products and there service.
